December is here and we’re seeing football starting to come to an end. Green Bay and San Francisco wrapped up their playoff spots with wins yesterday and bowl games have been decided. Lucky for us, we still have hockey and now basketball. We’ve also got a hot stove running in baseball as the winter meetings approach.

We’ve got some nice articles coming up soon. As fantasy football wraps up, you should expect to see a keeper article and one about rookies and what you should do with them next year. We’ve also got some nice fantasy baseball articles coming soon including rankings and some strategies.

Please be sure to comment! We love any and all comments, we take the bad with the good and anything that you can give to us would be incredibly helpful. We want to know what we could be doing better so we can fix it. We’re still looking at our e-mail and Twitter’s frequently for all of you fantasy questions and/or just questions/criticisms in general so be sure to keep them coming by sending e-mails to and Twitter at @sidelinescholar, @pat_the_scholar, @JerryTheScholar and @Strombergler any time and any day.

So let’s see what you may have missed.

Football:

As always, we have our weekly picks, fantasy rankings and power rankings
Chris Johnson — stud or dud for the rest of the year?

Baseball:

It’s time to free Yonder, Cincinnati!
First fantasy baseball posting. What should you expect?
Could Aramis Ramirez be heading to Detroit? Is that a good thing?

Hockey:

What in the world is going on with Washington?

Basketball:

It’s back. What can you possibly expect to happen before the season starts?

We want to hear from you

So we’re just over a month into this. We’ve seen days that were incredibly exciting (like the day we nearly hit 2,000 views) and days that haven’t been quite as much so. Regardless, we’re having a great time doing this. Sports is a passion of ours, and it’s a passion that we want to share with as many people as possible. Now we need your help and we’d really appreciate hearing from you.

What can we do to make you come back to our site? What do you think we can improve on? Are our articles too short? Are they too long? Are they not informative enough or not very exciting to read? We really would like your input. Leave a comment as we have Disqus set up. You can sign in using your Yahoo! account, your Facebook and Twitter accounts, whatever you feel like using. No need to sign up for anything new. Also feel free to e-mail it to us at [email protected] and [email protected] or send it to us via Twitter using the handles of @sidelinescholar, @pat_the_scholar and @JerryTheScholar as we check all of those each and every day.

We don’t care if this is your first time on our site or if you check out every article, let us know how we could be better.

Thanks for reading us and what we have to say!
